Shipping and Handling
Once your order has been placed- Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, No Holidays) for processing. You will receive an email containing the tracking information and estimated date once your order ships.
***Please take note that the processing time frame is not the same as the delivery time frame****
-Please make sure the mailing address is correct upon completing your order. JuJu’s Vault will not be responsible for mailing addresses entered incorrectly.
-In the event an address is entered incorrectly and USPS returns a package to JuJu’s Vault, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay the re-shipment fee.
-Once USPS has possession of your package, JuJu’s Vault is not responsible for any LOST packages, or package(s) that ARRIVES LATE. Should you have any questions or concerns about your package once it is in USPS’s possession, JuJu’s Vault suggests you contact your local postal office for further assistance, as JuJu’s Vault has no control over postal service when a package(s) is with USPS.
